By booking or receiving any services from Deluxe Detailing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Liability Waiver: Deluxe Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing, existing, or potential damages to the vehicle, including but not limited to paint, trim, glass, electronics, upholstery, or mechanical components.
   
   

2. Pre-existing Conditions: Customers acknowledge that detailing may expose or worsen pre-existing conditions, such as scratches, clear coat damage, or interior wear. Deluxe Detailing will not be held responsible for such occurrences.
   
   

3. Third-party Damage: Deluxe Detailing is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage caused by third parties, environmental factors, or unforeseen events during or after the detailing process.
   
   

4. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from the vehicle. Deluxe Detailing will not be held liable for any missing or damaged belongings.
